Skip-the-line entrance to the Palace of Pena

• On the day of your visit, go directly to the gate at the main entrance to the Park of Pena. There you must show your ticket for validation and be granted priority entrance;
• At the time indicated on your ticket, be at the Meeting Point, next to the Palace of Pena store, where you must wait;
• You will then be accompanied by a member of Parques de Sintra staff until you enter the Palace interior visit circuit, where you will have priority access.

Fast-track entrance tickets to the Palace of Pena can be purchased on the platforms of our following partners:

• Headout
• Tiqets

• You should allow for around 30 minutes to travel between the park entrance gate and the Meeting Point at the Palace.
• Within each Palace of Pena visiting slot, only 25 entries are reserved for Fast-track ticket holders. Your ticket is only valid for the slot you booked and cannot be used in the next slot.
• There is no delay tolerance. If you are not at the Meeting Point at the Palace on the date and time indicated on your ticket, you will not be able to make your visit.
