Tickets for the Park of Pena shuttle are now available on board

Visitors who use the shuttle to travel between the main entrance of the Park of Pena and the National Palace of Pena can now purchase tickets on board the vehicles using bank cards or MBWay. Using a convenient and easy-to-use cashless system, Parques de Sintra is now offering visitors another alternative for purchasing these tickets, which will help to improve the visiting experience.

The equipment has an innovative SmartPOS device, which allows electronic payments to be made with complete security. It is also equipped with software that ensures the issuance of invoices.

The implementation of this project is part of the modernisation and digital transformation of Parques de Sintra's ticketing systems, which has been a strategic investment by the company.
