Local was born on March 17, 2015, in Alter, as the result of the romance between Cajabel and Xihorpa. Local has numerous paternal uncles at the Portuguese School of Equestrian Art: Ajacto, Hojival, Ijaque, Lajeado, Ninja, Ojier and Ojota, all of them sons of his grandfather Jacaré II. Jaque, his brother on his mother's side, also attends the School.

Local radiates rebellion and sympathy since 2019, the year he arrived at the School, and his rider says that he is calm, attentive and promising... although sometimes he may be a little bit lazy and also likes to have a nibble like his father. He stands out in the Airs Above the Ground.
