Son of Coronel and Ohidra, Jacaré III was born on April 4, 2014, and came to the Portuguese School of Equestrian Art at the age of four, along with his brother Jicabo, who was born just 13 days after him. He has two more brothers at the School on his father's side: Icanto and Machado. He is also the grandson of the famed horse Ruby, who at the London Olympics in 2012 placed 16th in the KUR final. He is a horse with a strong personality but with a good heart. In the School's shows he is part of the Picaria Real, specializing in the Levades by hand.
