Closing due to strike | Tickets and refunds

In the event of closure of the parks and monuments due to strike, Parques de Sintra plans the services in order to minimize the effects resulting from such stoppage under the terms of the Law, which only make it possible to identify its impact on the services according to the adherence verified each day.

If you are unable to access the parks and monuments for this reason and have already purchased your tickets, you can reschedule your visit or request a ticket refund:

Tickets for the following monuments can be used on any other date:

• Park of Pena
• National Palace of Sintra
• Moorish Castle
• Park and Palace of Monserrate
• Convent of the Capuchos
• National Palace of Queluz

Tickets for the National Palace of Pena have a fixed date, therefore you will need to request a refund of the ticket purchased for that day and make a new purchase for another date.
