World Youth Day: pilgrims and volunteers benefit of a 50% discount in access to monuments managed by Parques de Sintra

Between the 24th of July and the 6th of August, pilgrims and volunteers participating in the World Youth Day (WYD) Lisbon 2023 will be granted a 50% discount on the entrance fee to the monuments managed by Parques de Sintra.

The resulting fees will be as follows:

In the National Palace of Pena – a monument that can only be visited through scheduling a date and time –, pilgrims and volunteers will be granted a maximum of 50 discount tickets in each of the following time slots: 3:30 pm, 4:00 pm, 4:30 pm, 5:00 pm and 5:30 pm.

WYD tickets can only be purchased at the physical ticket offices of each monument and require the presentation of a volunteer/pilgrim credential.

World Youth Day Lisbon 2023 takes place between the 2nd and 6th of August. At this meeting, young people from all over the world will be able to be with Pope Francis in Portugal. This initiative was created in 1985 by Pope John Paul II.
