Parques de Sintra reopens the Lakes ticket office in the Park of Pena and relocates the ticket sales point at the National Palace of Queluz

From October 20th, Parques de Sintra is introducing new developments in its ticketing facilities, aiming to provide visitors with a more comprehensive and personalised welcome experience. In Park of Pena, the Lakes entrance once again features a ticket sales counter and will soon also include a shop area. This measure encourages access to both the Park and the National Palace of Pena from the Valley of the Lakes, allowing visitors to explore the paths that run alongside the five lakes — interspersed with duck houses — arranged along a pleasant, leafy valley leading to the iconic Litle Birds Fountain.
At the National Palace of Queluz, the ticket sales point is now integrated in the shop, making use of the recently renovated area, where visitors will find a redesigned and personalised space with a new identity that reflects the main architectural references of the Palace.
