Parques de Sintra nominated for “World's Leading Conservation Company” at the 2025 World Travel Awards

Parques de Sintra has been nominated for the World Travel Awards in the category of “World’s Leading Conservation Company.” Having already won this distinction twelve consecutive times between 2013 and 2024, the company once again competes for what are often described as the “Oscars of tourism” — one of the most prestigious honours in the travel industry.

Since their creation in 1993, the World Travel Awards have recognised excellence across all sectors of the tourism industry, becoming a globally respected mark of quality.

In the year that marks its 25th anniversary, Parques de Sintra looks to the future with renewed ambition. Over a quarter of a century, the company has earned more than sixty national and international awards — among which the World Travel Awards stand out — in recognition of its work and impact. Voting for the 32nd edition of the World Travel Awards is open both to tourism professionals and to the general public, and runs on the organisation’s official website until the end of 26 October.
