Quique was born on January 29, 2020 and four years later he entered the Portuguese School of Equestrian Art. He is the son of the mare Glaque and the stallion Quejovem and has several paternal brothers attending the School: Jaqal, Jaque, Joquer and Paquete. His stay at the School began in the gardens of the National Palace of Queluz and he is still in the learning phase. Quique is one of the youngest horses at the School but he shows to be friendly and brave and has already made his debut at the July 2024 Equestrian Gala in the Carousel of Young Horses number.
