In the spirit of building bridges — between generations, journeys, and musical experiences — the Jam Sessions at the Jazz at Monserrate Festival provide a meeting and sharing space for students and professional musicians.
Each session will begin with students from the Jazz course at the Artistic Music School of the National Conservatory, who invite other jazz musicians and students to join them on stage to share moments of improvisation, listening, and interaction.
More than just an informal gathering, these Jam Sessions affirm jazz as an accessible, stimulating, and deeply collaborative music — full of possibilities for those already forging their path in this world.
