This year, Maria João celebrates 40 years of a brilliant career with the release of a new album, 'Abundância' — a return to her roots, recorded between Mozambique and Lisbon. In Mozambique, the album features collaborations with local musicians and the recording of an extraordinary choir, which lends the project a striking identity. The production was led by master of electronics, Luís Fernandes.

Maria João presents an original musical vision, with her unique and captivating voice at its heart — once again asserting herself as an unparalleled expressive force, capable of evoking the deepest emotions.

A work that stands as a testament to the life, ingenuity and artistry of one of the most daring and distinctive voices of our time.

The ticket grants access to the Park of Monserrate from 6.30 pm.
General visit to the Palace included.
The audience sits on the grass, which has a steep slope.
