Rodrigo Gonçalves

He began riding in different equestrian centres at the age of 10. At 16, he started working as an assistant to the rider João Ferreira, who he spent two years learning with. In 2010, he joined the Tiago Tomé Stud Farm, where he worked with the riders Alberto Conde and Mauro Dias. In 2012, he joined the Lezíria Grande Equestrian Centre in order to prepare Apassionata to tour America. At the end of the same year, he returned to Portugal to work at the Cabanão Riding Centre under Luis Castro Lobo. In 2013, he entered the Portuguese School of Equestrian Art where he still remains.
